1General Provisions

BaaziWin (covering the baaziwin.pro domain and all associated subdomains) is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. The company operating this platform complies with international gaming laws and operates under the oversight of the relevant licensing authority.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policytogether with the above, constitutes a complete legal agreement between you (the user) and BaaziWin.

2Eligibility & Registration

To use BaaziWin, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A National ID (NID) or passport may be required as proof of age.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but restrictions apply when sharing the same device or payment method.
• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not eligible to register.

The mobile number and email provided at registration must be verified. Once KYC is completed, core identity information cannot be changed — however, contact details can be updated through our support team.

3Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your BaaziWin account. Never share your password, and always log out after using an unfamiliar device.

• Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Accounts with no login activity for more than 12 months may be flagged as "Inactive".
• Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200, though no fee applies if the balance is zero.

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions on BaaziWin are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The following payment methods are accepted:

• The payment method used for deposits must match the method used for withdrawals.
• Deposits made using third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are strictly prohibited.
• Funds may be placed on hold during suspicious transactions until verification is completed.

5Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings. Identity and mobile number verification are mandatory prior to your first withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (standard accounts)
• Higher limits apply for VIP members
• BKash/Nagad withdrawals: average 5–30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1–2 business days

6Bonuses & Promotions

BaaziWin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply across the board:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements are typically 20x–40x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are deducted from the bonus first, then from the real balance.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or household is prohibited.
• BaaziWin reserves the right to cancel bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games on BaaziWin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.
• BaaziWin reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Payouts on wins resulting from clearly incorrect odds will be recalculated at the corrected odds.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. As a general guide, Sports Betting starts from ৳50 and casino games from ৳20.

8Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden on the BaaziWin platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Placing bets or spins using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Systematic betting for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.

9Responsible Gaming

BaaziWin places Responsible Gaming at the top of its priorities. We are committed to ensuring that gaming always remains a source of entertainment — never a source of harm.

• You can set your own deposit limit at any time.
• A self-exclusion option is available — ranging from 24 hours to permanent.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for at least 7 days.
• Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately.

• Financial losses resulting from market or event outcomes.

However, where losses are directly caused by BaaziWin's own errors, we accept full responsibility and are obligated to provide appropriate compensation.

12Changes to Terms & Legal Jurisdiction

BaaziWin reserves the right to modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes:

• Advance notice will be sent via email or in-app notification.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of the page.
• Users who do not agree to the changes have the right to close their account.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be referred to BaaziWin Support for resolution. If unresolved, the matter will proceed through international Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
